Active & Healthy Challenge is a campaign designed to help children adopt healthy habits through fun and practical activities. Its goal is to promote an active and healthy lifestyle through simple, everyday steps that teach children how to take care of their health.

Children participate in four fun and educational challenges:

Take a walk for your legs strong and long

Spend at least 30 minutes daily walking or engaging in physical activity.

Pick a fruit which makes you cute

Eat at least two different types of fruit every day, preferably seasonal and locally sourced.

Escape from screens for better dreams

Take at least two screen-free days each week and enjoy other activities.

Make a smile, it’s a cool style

Record and share seven fun moments each week that made your day brighter.
